Dion Toumazis & Associates has been offering its services for more than half a century. First established in Famagusta in 1953 as the partnership of Pan & Dion Toumazis Architects and Consulting Engineers, it rapidly gained a reputation as the leading firm for high quality services. In 1974, the firm was displaced from its offices in Famagusta and re-established in Nicosia as Dion Toumazis and Associates.
The practice Dion. Toumazis & Associates is registered as a partnership under Cyprus Law. Τhe firm has four partners, all highly qualified and experienced in their respective specialisation. The main asset of the firm is its work ethics and human resources. On each of our mandates, our clients benefit from our highly educated and experienced people, trained in the best academic institutions and familiar with the latest technologies.
The firm has long established relationships with associates who complement the firm in projects requiring multi-disciplinary skills, such as mechanical and electrical engineers, marine and land surveyors, geologists, quantity surveyors and other specialists.
It is the policy of the firm to provide Quality Assurance Audits on all mandates it undertakes. Quality management is practiced by all personnel as part of their daily tasks. The ISO 9001 standard is practiced as a formal dedication to Quality Assurance principles. The firm has been certified by the Cyprus Certification Company since 1995.
